Job Title:

Senior Business Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and oversee tendering processes for PSU and Government projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dealing with PSUs, Government works, technology, purchase, and logistics, along with proven business development acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management: Manage and oversee tendering processes for PSU and Government projects.
  • GEM Transactions: Handle GEM (Government e-Marketplace) transactions and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Empanelment Lead: Lead empanelment processes with PSUs, Government bodies, and related institutions.
  • Business Opportunities: Develop and structure business opportunities via JV (Joint Ventures) and Consortiums.
  • Client Representation: Represent the organization in meetings with PSU/Government high officials and stakeholders.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate and support project execution in areas of works, technology, purchase, and logistics.
  • Business Development: Drive business development strategies targeting Government & PSU clients.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and strategic documents.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel as required for client meetings, empanelments, and project coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience in PSU/Government-related works.
  • Proven track record in tendering, empanelment, GEM, and Government business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of technology, works, purchase, and logistics functions.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior PSU/Government officials with confidence.
  • Willingness to travel frequently based on project/meeting requirements.
