Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet business goals based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count by implementing effective sales strategies and tracking performance metrics.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities through natural market expansion, referrals, and existing customer bases.
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Need-Based Selling: Ensure that clients receive appropriate insurance solutions through a structured selling model that aligns with their individual needs.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue growth through existing customer relationships by offering relevant insurance products and services.
- Post-Sales Service: Provide prompt and efficient resolution of client queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies that drive growth and success.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and evaluate innovative sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Data Management: Maintain and grow your customer database in your designated territory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- ISMS Compliance: Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard client and company data.
Requirements
- You must own a Bike and have a valid Driving License.
- Proficient in the regional language.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
