Life Insurance Sales Career Opportunity
The role of a Life Insurance Sales Specialist is to provide life insurance solutions to customers and increase sales revenue. This position involves identifying potential customers, presenting insurance plans, and negotiating deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
- Making the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & checking whether it meets customer requirements.
- Sourcing customer leads from own natural market to sell life insurance products.
- Converting customer leads to sales by calling and fixing appointments for sales visits.
- Cross-selling/up-selling products.
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Graduate degree in any stream.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales or the BFSI sector.
- Local Resident: Should have a natural market in their location.
- Transportation: Must have a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler.
