To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record of sales experience preferably in the banking or insurance industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) across the organization to drive the insurance business">
  • Promoting and selling insurance products to existing and potential customers through relationship managers mapped to you">
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall targets of the Line of Business (LOB)">
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals">
  • Assessing clients' insurance needs and providing suitable recommendations">
  • Explaining insurance policies and coverage options to clients clearly and effectively">
  • Assisting clients with the application process and ensuring proper documentation">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance sector">
  • Fresher candidates from insurance institutes are also welcome">
