We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Financial Portfolio Manager. This key position involves overseeing the investment portfolios of clients, providing personalized financial guidance, and helping them achieve their long-term wealth goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who excels in managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Provide expert financial advice and recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Oversee client portfolios, monitoring their performance and making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and news to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in wealth management, preferably in the stock broking industry.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.

KPIs:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Increase client retention and satisfaction by providing high-quality financial advice and personalized service.
  • Expand client base through referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Increase assets under management (AUM) by effectively managing client portfolios and growing their wealth.
  • Maintain high levels of compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies to ensure client investments are protected.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and news to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
