Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in designing and implementing incentive compensation plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Incentive compensation plan design and implementation
  • Collaboration with product owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Development of elegantly coded and effectively tuned solutions for high performance and ease of maintenance
  • Troubleshooting of complex business issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong Knowledge in RDBMS Concepts and Hands-on SQL Queries:
  • Experience Working Cross-Functionally with Engineering and Business Teams:
  • Knowledge of Mathematical Calculations:
