
Business Development Liaison

This is a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge media services and software solutions partner.
The role of project coordinator is a key position in our organization, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to escalate issues effectively. As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for representing the face of our company to clients, providing quality customer interaction through incoming tickets and escalating key issues to our developers in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client tickets in a timely manner, providing key customer attention and care to address all questions and concerns.
- Understand and escalate software bugs and issues to developers, closing out the issue with the client once resolved.
- Learn new features of our software, writing help documentation articles to support our clients.
- Liaison between internal departments to close out and understand issues with clients.
- Derive metrics and stats from our ticketing system to generate reports on time to resolution, classification, and other key information on client tickets.
- Utilize SQL to query our database, pulling key information when investigating issues and questions from clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a related field of study, along with [1] + years of experience in a customer service role, and [1] + years in managing relationships and expectations with SaaS products.
