Analytical Problem Solver

Frado is a healthcare technology company working to bridge gaps in the digital pathology space. We are seeking an analytical problem solver with experience in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

  • Collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to understand requirements, prioritize user stories, and manage product backlogs.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on implementation and requirements.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution by tracking progress, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and communicating updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards.
  • Technical familiarity with laboratory or imaging systems.
