As a CSSA Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for creating smooth and efficient onboarding processes relating to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

You will work in an agile squad with Ops engineers, Business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers to deliver stable and fit-for-purpose Pega systems. Your tasks will include:

  • User Story refinement
  • Analyzing requirements and requesting modifications or enrichments
  • Participating in solution design
  • Implementing qualitative applications
  • Building applications close to Pega out-of-the-box features
  • Creating or modifying Unit Tests
  • Participating in manual testing activities
  • Monitoring application quality
  • Ensuring log messages do not display unwanted errors
  • Participating in Peer Review
  • Fixing incidents and problems
