Helpdesk Specialist Job Opportunity

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting account directors through your extensive knowledge of data trends and critical information. You will be responsible for ensuring our stakeholders receive regular training to maintain their proficiency with helpdesk tools.

Additional responsibilities include participating in the CIWG competition to present innovative ideas, setting up the FM helpdesk in new facilities, and creating locations in the tool, as well as training relevant stakeholders. You will also lead the publication of daily SLA reports and daily fulfillment reports to the pan-India team.

Using your exceptional Microsoft Office skills, you will create engaging PPT slides for MMR, QBR, and ABR. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong expertise in the field
  • Graduate degree in any specialization with eight years or more experience in customer services or data management
  • Solid background in continuous improvement initiatives, client engagement, and report preparation
