Job Overview

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining strong public relations with clients and guests. This includes taking feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall experience.

You will work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between business and technology. This involves coordinating data extraction from various databases, interpreting results, and providing analytical support.

Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standards. You will act as a data custodian and controller, performing trend analysis and aligning with the account management team.

Utilize technology tools such as Helpdesk, Trending, and Analytics to deliver output files for reports and dashboards. Verify data accuracy and facilitate reporting on compliances.

Seek and collate data for analytics, generating Management Information Systems (MIS) and reports as required. Perform predictive reporting and collaborate with finance on budget targets. Cross-verify data according to agreed terms of reference (TOR) in a timely manner.

Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Own these reports and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will be responsible for all audits related to compliance and uploading relevant documents accordingly.
