Learning Solutions Director

 

A visionary Learning Solutions Director is sought to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions that propel business success. This strategic role demands a unique blend of consulting expertise, instructional design acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge learning solutions that align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
  • Lead large-scale client engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Mentor and coach internal talent, fostering growth and capability building in emerging learning technologies.
  • Pursue opportunities for innovation and solution expansion, leveraging industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, delivering scalable learning solutions, and driving business growth.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms (LMS, video-based learning, mobile learning).
  • Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or consulting (preferred).
