Corporate Lawyer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled corporate lawyer to support and manage legal processes for investments, exits, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage legal processes for investments, exits, and business operations.
• Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
• Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and regulatory laws.

Preferred Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are especially encouraged to apply.
