Senior Lawyer

We seek an accomplished lawyer to support our corporate team on US law-related work.

The ideal candidate will independently evaluate complex legal issues and provide solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the corporate team on US law-related work
• Independently evaluating complex legal issues and providing solutions to clients
• Synthesizing large volumes of information and presenting conclusions and recommendations to clients
• Working under own initiative with strong work ethic and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Qualified as an Advocate in India with at least 1 year PQE
• LLB or equivalent degree from an Indian national law school (or equivalent) and ranked in at least the top 20% in their batch
• Previous experience with a tier-1 corporate law firm in India in the M&A, Private Equity or General Corporate practice

Shortlisted applicants will be required to provide references and recommendations from their university and previous employer. The application process will also involve a brief writing assignment along with multiple interviews.
