Senior Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Development Manager to spearhead all fundraising initiatives for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive funding strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and negotiate with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and financial institutions, to secure debt and equity funding.
  • Maintain robust relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate funding proposals and assess financial viability through thorough analysis.
  • Prepare and present regular funding reports, management information systems, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Monitor fund utilization and ensure strict adherence to all financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, development management, or corporate finance.
  • Strong professional network with key stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to secure and manage significant funding deals.
  • Relevant MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA qualification preferred.
