Job Title: Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at Parajan Neuro Hospital in Salem, Tamil Nadu. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, addressing employee grievances, conducting employee training and appraisals, and developing strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF and ESI.
  • Address employee grievances and support engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular employee training and appraisals to enhance performance and growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare/hospital sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRMS software and labour law compliance.
