**Job Opportunity**Role Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the capacity of Senior Analyst. As a member of our Corporate Communications function, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Corporate Communication lead in various corporate communication initiatives.Our ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with prior experience in corporate communications, marketing or content roles being an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, is also essential. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements)
  • Assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content
  • Help coordinate townhalls, leadership connections, and awareness drives
  • Provide logistical and creative support during internal events (e.g., Foundation Day, CSR drives, festive celebrations)
  • Maintain archives of communication assets, photos, and video content
  • Monitor corporate social media handles and track engagement metrics
  • Draft posts and coordinate approvals with relevant departments
  • Maintain a calendar of communication activities and provide weekly/monthly updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
