  • Conduct interviews with senior personnel at major IT service providers
  • Write comprehensive profiles and market analyses
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities and create NEAT charts
  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Support vendor firms in strategic development and operational transformation
  • Monitor vendor news and announcements
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence
  • Update market forecasts annually
  • Help buy-side firms identify suitable vendors

This role requires analyzing the IT services market on behalf of IT services companies and their clients. It is not a business analyst role within IT or a solution architect role.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
