We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, remote role based in Chennai.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing engaging learning experiences and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive e-learning content using visual design principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging storyboards and scripts.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality video reviews and manage content on the Learning Management System.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
