About this role

We are seeking a skilled Fuel Biller to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining control over assigned fuel carriers and ensuring all deliveries are billed accurately.

This includes meeting monthly deadlines, collaborating with the Inventory Accountant to close Consignment tanks by the assigned month-end close date, and billing all sites associated with their assigned carriers.

  • Key responsibilities include obtaining BOL and related Delivery Ticket paperwork for their assigned carriers.
  • Billing all sites associated with their assigned carriers is crucial.
  • Deliveries must be billed according to the daily Unbilled spreadsheet sent out every morning.
  • The ideal candidate will research tank loss issues for the Inventory Accountant and look into CRM cases involving assigned carriers.
  • They will also work with Fuel Supply to ensure correct products are being pulled and bill each delivery using all tools available.
  • Furthermore, they will collaborate with Fuel AP to ensure accurate billing and assist the manager with unbilled reconciliations and other tasks assigned.
  • In addition, they will support team members by covering carriers when others are on PTO.
