Architectural Design and Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design and Delivery Expert to join our team in Mumbai. This role will involve working on various architectural projects, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring consistent design delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit, excellent project management skills, and experience in commercial sectors such as data centers, retail, and workplace. They will also be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues and work well in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • This is a design + technical delivery role within our new Mumbai office, embedded into our global delivery model.
  • You will work under the guidance of senior architects/project leaders, participate in design development, BIM-based documentation, and construction detailing.
  • You will support projects in India and collaborate on international assignments across Europe and Latin America.
  • You will gain structured exposure to global workflows, quality assurance standards, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Technical Delivery
  • Lead or contribute significantly to the planning, design, detailing, and documentation of architectural projects.
  • Coordinate with global teams using BIM/Revit platforms to ensure consistent design delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian codes, local bylaws, and global best practices.
  • Participate in client meetings, preparing design presentations, drawings, and reports.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members (Architectural Assistants/Technologists).
  • Oversee construction documentation and collaborate with contractors/consultants during execution phases.
  • Contribute to quality assurance reviews and implementation of our global technical standards.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Revit proficiency (essential).
  • Experience across at least two project stages (concept, schematic, DD, GFC, construction).
  • Exposure to commercial sectors (Data Centres, Retail, Workplace, Logistics, Hospitality) highly valued.
  • Previous work experience with international client organisations or global design firms desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, detailing, and Indian building codes.
  • For senior candidates: proven ability to manage deliverables, coordinate teams, and engage with clients.

Requirements
  • Indian resident, available to work full-time on-site in Mumbai.
