Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support our Technical Project Manager in overseeing various projects and activities. This role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager to track progress, timelines, and coordination across projects.
  • Assist in establishing and enhancing the Project Administration function, focusing on process improvement and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure effective governance, tools, and documentation are maintained and supported.
  • Provide training and support to teams in adopting project tools and best practices.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support tracking of milestones, tasks, change requests, and implementation activities.
  • Administer procurement, resource allocation, budgets, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Verify compliance with agreed-upon project and PMO processes.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in software solution delivery.
  • Proven experience working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Background supporting customer implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline.
  • Process improvement and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adjust working hours as necessary.

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to task completion.
  • Experience with Smartsheet is an asset.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
