Our organization is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented candidate to fill a Management Intern position. This role involves supporting senior management in the planning and execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination and implementation of projects that require manager oversight.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Special Tasks: Provide support on special initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and day-to-day operations.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Hold a quantitative undergraduate degree with academic excellence.
  • Possess an MBA from a tier 1/2/3 college.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is advantageous but not required.
