Job Title: Business Development Officer

\

As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing new customers and increasing our gold loan business. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.

\

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who can drive business growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer relationships.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cannvassing and sourcing of new customers\
  • Revenue generation through cross-selling products and interest collection\
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize business value\
  • Customer relationship and follow-up\
  • Maintenance of important registers and daily reports\
  • Cash management and accounting\
  • Direct marketing of cross-selling products at branches\
  • Requirements:\
    • \
    • MBA/M.Com from a reputable college with specialization in Marketing and Finance (2018/2019 passouts)\
    • Good communication skills\
    • Understanding of local language; fluency in English is an added advantage\
    • Good analytical skills\
    • Ability to probe customers' business models\
    • Good interpersonal skills: ability to effectively manage peers and customers\
    • The job is transferable, hence male candidates are preferable\
    • Successful candidates will receive training for one year\
    • On successful completion of the training period, candidates will be promoted as Assistant Manager-Grade 1\
    • Probationary officers are considered for fast-track promotion growth within our organization\
