Senior Leadership Role

This position plays a pivotal role in leading the Circle team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to the Circle team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support Career FLS/BLs in achieving business goals, maximizing productivity, and developing superior channel understanding.
  • Conduct regular sales coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify skills gaps and develop actionable plans for skill enhancement through training and relevant activities.
  • Collaborate with Circle Manager and Associate Circle Heads to achieve individual performance goals.
  • Oversee Training certifications for SDMs reporting to Circle Managers.
  • Uphold high organizational values, ensuring business ethics and integrity within the Circle.
  • Maximize sales productivity and achieve required monthly and annual sales targets by providing daily leadership, target orientation, and motivation.
  • Directly support large client acquisition and monitor progress against plan, making necessary course corrections.
