Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Branch Manager located in Theni. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive branch performance to meet business goals. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing branch budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building relationships with clients and the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch management, team leadership, and operational oversight
• Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies
• Strong financial acumen, budget management, and compliance knowledge
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Theni region
