Job Overview

This role is focused on developing and managing key distributor relationships across various sectors, including banking and financial institutions. The successful candidate will work closely with our distribution entities to strengthen the network and build new channels for mutual fund sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key distributor relationships across Banks, Wealth and Personal Banking Segment, and National Distributors.
  • Work closely with Group Distribution entities to enhance the distribution network.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities within the IFA segment.
  • Identify and develop new areas for business growth, focusing on increasing market share.
  • BUILD strong regional-level relationships and manage key institutional clients.
  • The role requires a direct interface with clients; a mature individual able to promote, sell, and discuss markets effectively is ideal.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of mutual fund products and services.
  • Excellent selling skills and commercial acumen.
  • Good verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • An inclination to work in a client-facing, sales environment.
  • Ideal qualifications include a postgraduate degree with at least 6 years of experience, with AMFI certification desired.
