
Sales Territory Manager

As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to penetrate the cattle feed market in your designated area. This includes identifying target customers, setting ambitious sales targets, and establishing pricing strategies that align with company goals.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team of sales professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will work closely with livestock farmers, dairy farms, and feed dealers to understand their needs and preferences. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify market trends, and develop new business opportunities will be key to your success.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitor activities
* Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives or field agents
* Work closely with distribution partners and channel dealers to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the area
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience in sales management or a related role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with sales software and tools
* Ability to travel frequently within the designated area
