About the Job

In this key position, you will deliver an effective and accurate payroll service to our UK business, maintaining and updating colleague remuneration, reporting employee changes and benefit changes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate payroll records for 2,000 employees across 11 payrolls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll implementation and year-end requirements.
  • Assist with future projects, including new payroll software implementations and HMRC documentation.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in payroll, with a deep understanding of UK payroll legislation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
