Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, as well as maintaining compliance with company policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Process end-to-end payroll for employees, including processing payrolls, handling employee inquires, and resolving discrepancies or issues.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Payroll Systems Management: Manage and update employee payroll data in the payroll system, working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data entry and integration across systems.
  • Month-End/Year-End Processing: Assist with year-end processes, including issuing tax documents and finalizing annual payroll reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role, with familiarity with SAP payroll software and knowledge of the SAP FI Module being a plus.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
