Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Specialist or Global Payroll Manager to join our team at Ramco Systems.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting timesheet data and payroll information, entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs, calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions.
  • They will also prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits, maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, respond to payroll-related inquiries, and perform payroll reconciliations.
  • In addition, they will prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes and ensure compliance with state-wise capping limits.

About the Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in countries such as ANZ, APAC, UK, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, India, or the Middle East.
  • They should have proficiency in payroll software and good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Multicountry payroll experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
