Job Description
  • • Lead end-to-end payroll operations, focusing on timely and accurate payroll close.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • • Good knowledge of US payroll-related taxes for monthly review and tax filings.
  • • Effective communication and positive relationships with hiring, compensation, HR, and accounting teams.
  • • Ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently and provide mentoring to the payroll team.

Requirements
  • • MBA in Finance
  • • Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and ability to multitask.

About the Role
This position comes with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
