
Human Resources Strategic Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development Specialist. This key role requires an individual with deep expertise in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing critical HR operations, including performance management, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities- HR Business Partner Operations: The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in handling employee relations, talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Performance Management: A proven track record of setting up and executing robust performance management systems is essential, including experience with performance appraisals, effective feedback systems, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and comprehensive employee development plans.
- Attrition Operations & Tools: Proficiency in using various tools and systems to accurately measure, predict, and manage attrition rates is required, as well as the ability to implement effective initiatives to reduce turnover and retain key talent.
- Statutory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations is necessary, ensuring the organization complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
- HR Analytics: Strong skills in HR analytics, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret HR data for better, data-driven decision-making, are essential.
- RAG Analysis: Experience using RAG status indicators to effectively monitor HR projects, employee performance, or other key metrics is required.
- Succession Planning: A proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive succession planning strategies is necessary, including the ability to identify high-potential employees and build robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws: Beneficial exposure to international HR policies is desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in workforce planning: Employee engagement initiatives and effective grievance resolution are also highly valued.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and various HR tools: Familiarity with KPO/BPO industry metrics is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment: Managing multiple priorities efficiently is essential.
- 5 days working schedule.
- UK shift timing (1 PM to 10 PM IST).
