Job Title: Business Development Director

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our international sales and business development efforts in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth by managing the complete sales cycle from strategy and market entry to client relationships and order delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue: Achieve sales targets and maintain profitability by expanding our presence through distributors, agents, and partners, ensuring excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform entry and growth plans, identifying opportunities for new business in target markets.
  • Business Development: Foster strong relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements, manage the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing, monitoring payments and following up promptly.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with regional campaigns and promotions, representing the company at exhibitions and trade events, tracking performance and sharing improvement insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to facilitate communication and meet company objectives.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks related to regulations or geopolitics, supporting mitigation planning and staying updated on trade rules to advise teams accordingly.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East.
  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
