Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Axis Branch Sellers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Manage leads and convert them into quality business
  • Ensure timely coordination with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB to minimize customer complaints
  • Adhere to process and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure persistent follow-up with customers to achieve business goals
  • Coordinate with Cluster Training manager to enhance bank staff knowledge on life insurance concepts and new product introductions
  • Responsible for activating branch banking sellers and achieving activation targets
  • Utilize LMS as a tracking mechanism to monitor sales performance

Measures of Success:

  • Business Plan: Achieve target Adj MFYP Collection (Rs.)
  • Case Size: Plan vs Actual as per target assigned
  • Seller Activation: Achieve target Seller Activation (%)
  • Persistency: Maintain 15th month Persistency (%) above 82.5%

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate in Any Discipline from a UGC / AICTE approved College and University
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance
  • Experience in Life insurance sales management, Retail bank distribution, and Channel Management
