Strategic Partnership Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of workforce solutions.

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality fulfilment of client needs.
  4. Drive client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
  5. Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling services.
  6. Develop client-specific plans to build long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
  7. Maintain reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, labour market insights, and competitor activities.
