Job Overview

MUFG is seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Corporate & Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of GCIB in developing strategic plans for departmental growth
  • Lead the implementation of global initiatives and business strategies
Financial Performance:
  • Monitor departmental financial performance and assess against projected targets
  • Collaborate with finance teams to track revenue and expense budgets
  • Manage MIS and provide regular reporting to HQ and regional teams
Customer Engagement:
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Work closely with overseas branches and Head Office to promote business growth
People Management:
  • Coach and guide junior team members on complex issues
  • Act as a role model for team members and adhere to company policies

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in business management or related fields
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with a structured approach
  • Proficient in MS Office and corporate banking products
