  • Evaluating departmental needs to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with department heads to design actionable strategies for bridging skill gaps
  • Aligning training initiatives with organizational objectives to support overall goals
  • Developing innovative learning programs using gamification, hybrid learning, and microlearning models
  • Creating engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to various audiences
  • Facilitating workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions for employees across all levels
  • Monitoring training effectiveness through feedback and data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement
  • Managing multiple learning and development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Leveraging LMS platforms and emerging technologies to optimize hybrid and virtual learning experiences
  • Preparing detailed reports on training metrics, ROI, and program impact for stakeholders

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is also essential.
