Nursing Abroad Career Specialist

As a Nursing Abroad Career Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding nursing professionals and students towards overseas education and career opportunities. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping them navigate the complexities of international education and healthcare.

About the Role:

  • You will conduct comprehensive counselling sessions with nursing aspirants to provide guidance on study and career opportunities abroad.
  • Eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams will be thoroughly explained to ensure candidates are well-informed.
  • Assisting students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements will be a key aspect of this role.
  • You will work closely with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless enrolment processes.
  • Maintaining accurate student records, follow-ups, and counselling reports will be crucial to tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field is essential.
  • 1–3 years of experience in counseling within the education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment sectors is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways is critical to success in this role.
  • Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills are required to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You must be target-driven with a strong sales orientation, achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets while maintaining a high counselling-to-conversion ratio.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is necessary for effective record-keeping and data analysis.

Performance Metrics:

  • You will be responsible for owning the sales funnel for the Nursing Abroad vertical.
  • Achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets will be a key performance indicator.
  • Maintaining a high counselling-to-conversion ratio will demonstrate your effectiveness in converting leads into successful enrolments.
  • Timely follow-ups and CRM hygiene will be essential for ensuring a smooth student journey.
  • Providing exceptional support to students throughout the end-to-end process will result in high satisfaction scores.
