Based in Gurgaon and Patna, DeHaat was founded by alumni of premier institutions. Our platform currently supports over 400,000 farmers across Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha.

We are seeking a Market Development Officer to acquire and expand our customer base in the pre-harvest segment. The successful candidate will contribute to revenue growth and foster strong relationships with Dehaat Centre and Farmers.

The role involves meeting with farmers, promoting input sales, and organizing promotional events. The ideal candidate should have an agriculture background and be willing to learn and adapt technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders
  • Developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain customers
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
