Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic Program Manager to support high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives. This role blends program management, stakeholder engagement, operations, and content coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination & Execution
    • Assist in designing and delivering workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
    • Evaluate logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials for each program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
    • Ensure active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Operations & Reporting
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
    • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Content & Communication Support
    • Prepare outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
    • Coordinate branding consistency with design and media teams.
  • Tech Platform Coordination
    • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools.
    • Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
    • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
