">Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development:
    • Collaborate with content specialists to guarantee the quality of educational materials, participating in their creation, review, and finalization prior to program implementation.
    • Regularly engage with the content team to ensure program readiness for market introduction.
    • Contribute to the development of multiple offerings for parents, teachers, and students as workshops, seminars, and training programs.
    • Support marketing and operations strategies.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation of educational programs across assigned schools, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
    • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate program success.
    • Take decisive actions to address challenges and ensure smooth program delivery at assigned schools.
  • School Collaboration:
    • Presentations and collaboration activities aimed at networking and expanding business development opportunities.
    • Bolster relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads through regular interactions.
    • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from school staff.
    • Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during program implementation.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery.
  • Program Delivery:
    • Ensure seamless program rollout at schools, particularly focusing on high school programs.
    • Lead classes for students as needed, providing support and guidance.
    • Organize training programs for teachers as required, addressing specific needs and skill gaps.
    • Host orientation programs for parents and teachers to foster understanding and engagement.
    • Evaluate program effectiveness by observing classes conducted by teachers.
    • Provide assistance with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content management and technical support.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Offer ongoing guidance and support to teachers to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering programs.
    • Develop and lead training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
    • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Gather data on program implementation and impact.
    • Publish reports to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
    • Analyze feedback to identify areas for program enhancement.
