We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Program Coordinator for Life Skills Development.
This position entails overseeing the successful implementation of educational programs across various schools in India.
The selected candidate will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program rollout.
">Key Responsibilities:- Program Development:
- Collaborate with content specialists to guarantee the quality of educational materials, participating in their creation, review, and finalization prior to program implementation.
- Regularly engage with the content team to ensure program readiness for market introduction.
- Contribute to the development of multiple offerings for parents, teachers, and students as workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Support marketing and operations strategies.
- Program Implementation:
- Oversee the implementation of educational programs across assigned schools, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate program success.
- Take decisive actions to address challenges and ensure smooth program delivery at assigned schools.
- School Collaboration:
- Presentations and collaboration activities aimed at networking and expanding business development opportunities.
- Bolster relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads through regular interactions.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from school staff.
- Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during program implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery.
- Program Delivery:
- Ensure seamless program rollout at schools, particularly focusing on high school programs.
- Lead classes for students as needed, providing support and guidance.
- Organize training programs for teachers as required, addressing specific needs and skill gaps.
- Host orientation programs for parents and teachers to foster understanding and engagement.
- Evaluate program effectiveness by observing classes conducted by teachers.
- Provide assistance with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content management and technical support.
- Teacher Support:
- Offer ongoing guidance and support to teachers to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering programs.
- Develop and lead training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers.
- Data Collection and Reporting:
- Gather data on program implementation and impact.
- Publish reports to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for program enhancement.
