  • Learner Support
    • Respond to inquiries across all communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to enhance learner satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement improvements to enhance program delivery and learner experience.
  • Quality Control
    • Evaluate and maintain high-quality standards for all communications and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing learner support and resolving inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Processing applications, ensuring eligibility, and maintaining timely admissions workflows.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Program Support teams to address participant issues effectively.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, excellent language skills, and experience in a customer service or learner support role.
