Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Junior NOC Engineer to join our team. The role involves monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

This is a full-time, remote role that requires the professional to be engaged in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

About the Job:

  • Location : Remote
  • Experience : 1-3 Years
  • Qualifications : Bachelor in Engineering

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.
  • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator would be an advantage
  • Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
