Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve technical problems using advanced tools and methodologies.
- Work closely with ISP vendors to resolve connectivity issues and optimize network performance.
- Maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals to ensure high uptime and minimal downtime.
- Manage network infrastructure, including switches and routers, to ensure seamless communication between teams and departments.
- Monitor systems and networks using various tools to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a network operation center or technical support environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows applications and operating systems, with a focus on network management.
- Intermediate networking and PC knowledge, with a strong understanding of server hardware, peripherals, and management systems.
