About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Coordinator to oversee our operations across various regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our field operations, managing stakeholders, and making critical decisions that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:Field Operations Management:
  1. Schedule, plan, and coordinate daily activities on our platform.
  2. Update offers, create deals, and manage inward deliveries.
  3. Ensure loading, unloading, and invoice verification processes are seamless.
Rural Network Development Operations:
  1. Awareness of partner models and training programs to maintain pace.
  2. Remove bottlenecks in aggregation, logistics, and promoters' tasks.
  3. Maintain a positive work environment and lead operations effectively.
  4. Utilize the platform efficiently and ensure data sanctity.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Excellent relationship-building and concept sales skills.
  2. Experience dealing with farmers, FPOs, or rural business entities.
  3. Strong understanding of internet-based platforms.
  4. Ability to build trust and possess leadership traits.
  5. Presentation, communication, and written skills in local languages.
  6. Knowledge of local languages is a must.
  7. Assertive and friendly demeanor.
