Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand emergency services by establishing partnerships with private operators in target cities.
  • Train ambulance owners and staff on mobile app usage, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with the call center to coordinate regular trips and manage logistics efficiently.
  • Monitor payments owed to us from operators and users, facilitating timely settlements.
  • Assist the call center in negotiating rates with operators, promoting mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee progress of critical trips, especially those outside our core areas.
  • Resolve issues arising between users, the call center, and ambulance owner/staff, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex matters to senior management for prompt resolution.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and provide activity updates, fostering open communication.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
  • Availability on Whatsapp and calls during business hours to ensure prompt response.
  • Personal laptop required for efficient work operations.
  • Multilingualism (English, Hindi, Tamil preferred) to cater to a broad client base.
