Job Title: Field Automation Specialist

Job Description:

As a Field Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of automation systems at petrol stations.

  • Project handling and management, including coordination with contractors and higher management teams.
  • Installation and commissioning of automation systems at petrol stations.
  • Maintenance and support of existing projects.
  • Manage project timelines, plans, and document progress.
  • Configuration and integration of forecourt devices with automation systems.
  • Provide support to clients over phone calls and emails, with ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and regional languages.
  • Good knowledge of electronics and computer network systems.
  • Site visits for installation and problem resolution may require travel up to 150 km from the posting location.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills in electronics.
  • Familiarity with multi-meter functionality and good knowledge of computer and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of computers operation and office software.
  • Understanding of basic electronics tools and components.
  • Computer networking expertise.
  • BASIC electrical knowledge and diagnosis skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various client sites.
  • Relevant education in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines (ITI, Diploma, or Higher).
