Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

The Role of Regional Administrative Manager involves complete ownership and management of regional administrative activities and operations, as well as the administration team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining scope and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members
  • Communicating and coordinating with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals
  • Direct reporting to Zonal Administrative Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, etc.
  • Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans, and progress
  • Managing calls and discussions
  • End-to-end examination day and non-examination day administrative activities management and team coordination
  • Ensuring zero incidents on examination day related to administrative services
  • Assistance in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members
  • Define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the administration team within the region
  • Training and development of the administration team within the region
  • Ensure standardization of processes at all examination venues
  • Regional vendor management, support Zonal Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices
  • Publishing regular dashboards on key performance parameters to Zonal Administrative Head and Senior Management on a need basis
  • Central point of contact for all facility-related matters at the regional level
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements/Service Level Commitments at examination venues
  • Governance over ViDZ/LISP partners, regular meetings, and closure of audit points
  • Contract management
  • Assistance/support in shortlisting prospective partners/venues identified by city head based on defined parameters within the region
  • Maintenance and monitoring of legal compliances for all venues
  • Preparation and deployment of contingency/BCP
  • Surprise checks at examination venues
  • Handling crisis situations
  • Coordination and management with manpower agencies
  • Conducting audits of examination venues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment
  • Experience in soft services facility management
  • Experience in facility operations and management
  • Must have managed a team
  • Experience in conflict management
  • Willingness to work, learn, and perform under extreme pressure
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good liaisoning with police and other local government departments
  • Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations
  • Vendor management skills
  • Open to taking complete ownership, responsibility, and accountability of assigned work
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
