
HR and Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to oversee all administrative functions and human resources activities within the organization.
This role is responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting company operations.
- Recruitment Management: Coordinate recruitment processes, conduct new employee orientations, and ensure proper onboarding procedures.
- Administrative Support Services: Manage administrative staff activities to maintain smooth office functioning, process payroll, administer benefits, and manage leave entitlements.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement office policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Employee Relations Management: Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
